EXPRESS WEAVE & HAIR EXTENSION POLICY

In order to maintain affordable prices, we work on an accelerated pace styling system. Therefore, we require that each guest arrive to the salon with hair shampooed, blown dry and free of any products for certain extension methods. Professional hair extensions are achieved using our signature weaving techniques. If you have a preferred method to attach your hair extensions, please let us your stylist know and pricing will be adjusted.

While we do our best to provide thorough consultations, it is the responsibility to read the price list and consent form and to be fully aware of the total pricing prior to services being rendered.

All guests are required to sign a consent form and legal waiver before services can be rendered. If you are not willing to sign, we cannot serve you.
• If you are under the age of 18, a parent of legal guardian is required to sign our consent form.

Our salon is happy to provide you with the best 100% human hair in the hair industry. KNX Salon offers an assortment of hair at reasonable prices for purchase in our online store at: KNXHair.Mayvenn.com. We do not require that you buy your hair from us; however, if you decide to bring your own hair, we ask that you bring 2 new packs. The full 2 packs may or may not be completely used. If you would like more or less hair to be used than what our specialized weaving techniques require, an additional fee will be added to your service. Kim Nicole HairXtenz uses only 100% Human Hair and as with all natural products variances may occur. Kim Nicole HairXtenz is not responsible for any naturally occurring variances in the human hair product.
RESERVATIONS
In order to best serve you, advance reservations and a consultation are required prior to any hair extension, chemical application or group appointments and may require a major credit to secure appointments. Specialized packages are available for your wedding parties or other specialty events. Consultations are complimentary.
CANCELLATIONS
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for any service, as a courtesy to other clients and our staff. We will be asking for a credit card to be on file. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours may be assessed a 'Late Cancellation" fee of $30 and any appointments resulting in a "no-show" may incur a 50% of the total service cost. Kim Nicole HairXtenz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is a "no show" for more than two appointments.
DEPOSITS
For all extension installation or extensive and/or mutliple salon service requests, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service charge will be required at least 72-hours prior to your appointment. The remaining 50% balance will become due at the time of your appointment. A one-time rescheduling courtesy is allowed, if given with at least a 24-hour rescheduling notice and if the appointment is rescheduled and held within two (2) weeks from the date of the original appointment. No other courtesies will be allowed for cancellations or no-shows. Only cash or credit/debit card will be accepted for the non-refundable deposit payment.
TIMELY / LATE ARRIVALS
At Kim Nicole HairXtenz, we want your salon experience to be as enjoyable as possible. In order to expedite your service, we ask that our clients arrive on time. We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion. However, if we are running behind schedule, we will call you in order to prevent you from having to wait. We cannot ensure service for late arrivals. As a courtesy, you are given a 15-min grace period after the time of your scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive late after the grace period to their appointment, may be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be assessed a $30 same day cancellation fee.
CHILDREN
For their own safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children under 12 not accompany you on your visit unless they are being serviced. Parents or legal guardian must be present at all times while child is being serviced. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Your support and understanding of our policy regarding child safety is greatly appreciated.
PETS
KNX Salon is a pet-free salon, due to our lease agreement and California State Board of Barbering & Cosmetology Regulations. *State Certified Guide Dogs with Proper Identification are allowed to accompany any client.
ONLINE APPOINTMENTS
When booking your appointment online, please keep in mind this is an appointment request and not an appointment confirmation. Please allow up to 3 hours for your appointment request to be confirmed via an email or by phone. You may book your appointment at least 1 month in advance. Online bookings cannot be made by persons under 18 years of age.
PAYMENT
We gladly accept (Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) for all other salon services. No personal checks will be accepted.
PRICING
Kim Nicole HairXtenz reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain services and/or treatment without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. All services are priced separately and any shampoo, perm, cut, style will be added to the base price of your selected service. Prices are determined upon the length, density, style & time. Longer hair is priced slightly higher.
RETURNS
There are NO refunds for products or services purchased at Kim Nicole HairXtenz. However, we will offer an salon credit within 15 days of date of purchase if item is returned unopened and unused. After 15 days, no credit will be issued. There are NO returns or exchanges of any opened or used products purchased at Kim Nicole HairXtenz.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
We strive to provide world-class service to our customers and to ensure you are satisfied with those services. Therefore, if for any reasons you are not, please let us know before leaving the salon and we will do out best to accommodate your needs. Should any issues arise after leaving the salon, you must come back within 48 hours, with hair in the same condition in which it was installed by our stylists, to have hair examined and/or possible correction. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. KNX SALON service guarantee applies to all services we offer, we are not responsible for any damage or hair loss due to a salon service including weave or extension service being removed outside of our salon. We recommend you have these services done by our stylists.
