Customer satisfaction is very important, all wigs and products are inspected prior to pickup or delivery to ensure they meet your specifications and our high quality assurance standards.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our products,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We CANNOT accept the returns of used hair extensions and hair pieces as they are classed as a Hygienic Product. We take matters of Hygiene and Public safety extremely serious.

 

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

 

Deposits are 100% non-refundable once the hair has been ordered for your service.  Please be sure you are certain of your purchase before you order.  Additionally, KNX Salon does not issue refunds on any aspect of the costs associated with the service. 

 

Please note you are responsible for choosing the specifications of your unit or hairpiece.  KNX Salon will not be held responsible if you are unhappy with the choices you ordered, this includes but is not limited to size, color, length, and style.

 

If for some reason you are not 100% satisified, you must contact KNX Salon within 48 hours of receiving your unit at info@kimnicolehairxtenz.com. We will do all to fix or repair any problems should they arise as part of customer satisfaction guarantee.  This policy will be strictly enforced.  Please do not attempt to fix the problem yourself, you may cause damage to your unit and void the customer service guarantee. 

 

HAIRPIECE & UNIT CARE

 

KNX Salon highly recommends to follow all home care instructions to maintain the longevity of your hairpiece or unit.  We are not responsible for the way in which you use any product associated with your custom unit.  Additionally, we do not accept responsibility for any damage that may occur after/due to installation of our products or services, as a result of misuse or failure to adhere to our instructions.

 

PRICING

As with all of our services, KNX Salon reserves the right to change pricing without notice, and all prices are based on your individual consultation and varies depending on hair texture, length, method of application, color, etc.
